Apple Sues Galaxy Tab & Galaxy S

Samsung own is the vendor  first large of challenge the Apple  iPad with Galaxy Tab. They are also one of the largest Android handset manufacturers, with the Galaxy S sold to millions of units the whole world.

Complaint submitted Apple including 10 patent infringement, two copyright infringement and unfair business  practices. Apple blame the Samsung Electronics, Samsung America and Samsung Telecommunications  America  as the party responsible.

Items claimed to imitate Apple's 4G phones including  Epic, Captivate, Indulge, Nexus S, S and tablets Galaxy Galaxy Tab. Samsung's own party have not provided comments related to this lawsuit.


Clearly, this is all about iOS vs. Android.  why single out Samsung's Android line of devices? I hope Google offers Samsung some assistance in court -- it's but fair.

Quoting From Apple,

    "This kind of blatant copying is wrong [...] Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple's technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products."
